Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ramada Hotels India website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Rates are per room per night and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • A valid government ID and credit/debit card are required at check-in.
  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking for non-refundable rates.
  • Flexible rates may allow payment at the hotel.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Non-refundable bookings: No refund under any circumstances.
  • Flexible bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellations after the deadline will incur a 1-night charge.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount.

5. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and extra charges.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • No smoking in rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
  • Pets are not allowed except certified service animals.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

7. Hotel Rights

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests for misconduct.
  • Room allocation is at the hotel's discretion.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) may lead to booking modifications without liability.

8. Liability

Ramada Hotels India is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Injuries sustained on premises (except due to proven negligence)
  • Third-party service failures

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, logos, text) is owned by Ramada Hotels India or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
